Grupo CICE es un conjunto de empresas dedicadas a la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios portuarios, log\u00edsticos y de transporte terrestre, constituido como una Sociedad An\u00f3nima Promotora de Inversi\u00f3n (S.A.P.I) y fundado por m\u00e1s de 110 accionistas mexicanos, cuya experiencia como agentes aduanales, agentes navieros y en el sector de transporte terrestre, permiti\u00f3 sentar las bases para la formaci\u00f3n del grupo en Veracruz, M\u00e9xico, en el a\u00f1o de 1991.<\/p>
