At CICE, we renewed our ESG Distinction for the eleventh consecutive year, awarded by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI), in recognition of compliance with sustainability practices in the category of “Large Companies in Mexico”. This distinction reflects our continuous commitment to corporate social responsibility in environmental, social and commercial matters.
It was on last May 21st at the XVII Mexican Meeting for Philanthropy,, when more than 1,000 companies were presented with recognition in this category, in which Grupo CICE obtained recognition for the implementation of initiatives that promote a culture of integrity and transparency. focus on the well-being of the work community, support for comprehensive and professional development programs, as well as the implementation of practices to reduce the impact on the environment in its various port, logistics and land transportation operations.
This Distinction not only allows us to recognize business actions, but also reminds us of the importance of continuing to move towards sustainable management in all sectors of the country and we are committed to continuing to promote initiatives that promote the well-being of our society and contribute to its development.
